I stop smoking for 3 days but I can not stop more because I coding 8 - 10 hours per day and I smoking agian, my wife was angry about this

My wife is going to kill me if i continue smoking. Its very hard to give up smoking. Am only allowed to smoke 2 a day but i smoke around 15 a day when i am at work

And it is wonderful drug but have side effect
some are common but one is dangerous i.e suicidal thought
but u can easily avoid that as u are internet surfer i.e by changing the mood from that situation
