How come you're a webmaster and you aren't able to handle DMCA notices?

Anyway, as others said; this is not directly sent to you. Google sent you this 'message' to inform you that they have censored your link from "search engine results". Actually you don't have to remove the thread as the content owner reported the link/thread to google, not you! Nothing to worry about.
