You don't have permission to access /Blog/wp-admin/install.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

worldwidexs.com.auMake sure that your wp-admin/install.php (or whatever the file is) is owned by you/(your username) (chmod) and that the permissions on it are set to 644

Hello,
Thanks for your quick reply guys. It seems when I set permission to wp-admin folder to 777 from 700 then it installed successfully. But should i delete install.php file now which is located inside the wp-admin folder? Also it seems my wordpress is distorted. Doesn't showing normal view...!!!
Please help.
* I did not set permission to install.php to 644

HostGi.com dhi-forumerz.comAll folders should be set to 755 & all files should be 644 unless otherwise stated,
the main home directory file (public_html) should be 750
try those settings.

search in google there was in wp site about folder and files default permissions. In your case i would delete all, and reinstall with needed permissions coz who knows maybe some files where not edited correctly in installation
