You pay $xxx up front, if you can't you aren't being serious.
You keep 100% profit until you reach $xxx.
After that point you give the coder 50% of the profit each month.

It takes a lot of resources to maintain an imagehost, I underestimated it myself.

For these kinds of sites you want.. you might just find scripts premade and find someone to edit it so its the way you want it..

Because the image host is a big job depending on what is wanted.. and the link shorten we could easily write you a htaccess used link shortener and you can code around it

I would go with what @Loonycgb2 said that u dont need to hire some 1 to create these type of scripts they are alot of free and paid link shorteners and image hosting scripts online
