Help needed in wordpress

Hello Guys,
First of all Happy Eid to all the KWWH Members. Now my problem is i have a wordpress blog and i downloaded WPSouls wordpress theme & install it on my blog but that theme doesn't include menu bar and i want to add menu bar in that theme.

Checked the theme here and it has a navigation bar

if you were referring to the admin bar, add this right before the </body> tag.
