Well theme is nice. Simple and easy to navigate.

2 suggestions which I wanna give.

First, please remove the Donation goal from the index. Theres no need for it now.

Second, please put the DMCA page link in header rather than in footer.

Apart from all that the site is nice.

Also please change the logo

nice site altough the theme is a bit too plain for me .. the logo does not match with the theme , so I suggest you change it .

It's pretty nice. You should replace the default vBulletin favicon and get a new logo matching to the theme, something more complex. I wish you all the best and good luck with your forum as you're going to need it - it's quite tough with warez forums.
