cant install cpanelll error installer.lock

Hello All,
I can't install cPanel into my dedicated. Here is the error. Centos 5.6

Removing /root/installer.lock

i try remove /root/installer.lock
but error

[root@v3 cpins]# rm /root/installer.lock
rm: cannot lstat `/root/installer.lock': No such file or directory

Plz help me
