Wordpress Theme Upload Error

When I try to upload zip format file of theme 13 floor after complete upload on my wordpress it shows me this error

Destination folder already exists. /home/ashishas/public_html/wp-content/themes/13FloorTheme/

Theme install failed.

pls some1 help me

Destination folder already exists.

Delete old one

13FloorTheme << delete this folder via ftp or file manager on cpanel

kk i will try for 13 floor that method

but when i try to upload
BoldTheme.zip

then this msg popup
