i guess it depends on the importance of the thread reported too.
after all, staff do also have private life to look after!

Personally I think we are very fast, but of course there are times when we are a bit lazy too. It is perfectly normal and you can not expect us to be perfect, as Jesse said.

There are also many reports that are not serious, or bad reasons to intervene.

I will not recite a bunch of accusations, but I hope you realize that we are people too.
