[Looking for] encoding host

Hello,
I need a remote desktop server for encoding(you know what encoding requiers. . .) with atleast:
100mbps network port
100gb disk space
strong enough for encoding and allows it.

*optional: more than one session to login

I need it as cheap as possible (which fits my requirments) ^^
