you are on Probation...

make 2 posts (intro and something else useful) and wait 48 hours. then you will able to post globally.

It would help if you read the probation message (located on the index).

You're in probation, you need 2+ posts and you must be registered for 48 hours to access certain sections (as stated by the above two members).
