GMail showing all receiver email addresse?

I'm trying to send newsletter to all my members, and I'm using gmail. But I realise that gmail is showing ALL receivers email address, under 'TO'. How can i prevent that? As I do not want someone to get hold of others email addresses

But weird. Under 'TO' i added [email protected].
Under BCC, I added user2 and user3 etc. But user2 and user3 will see 'TO' [email protected] and not their own address.This is how it works right?

That's means i can TO '[email protected]' and BCC all my members? So every one will see '[email protected]. am i correct?
