I just open the site bayw.org and what I got is

Since the last three months we have been unable to collect enough donation to sustain the site. Some of you probably have noticed many of your donations were forcefully returned by Paypal, we have since fixed that problem. At this moment we have no money and no way to keep the site running.

Our server bill is due on October 9th, 2010. If you have any cash to spare please help us by donating. If we don't collect the necessary cash to stay online we will be shutting our doors and liquidating the entire site.
