Template Conditionals For VB4

Hi,
I've been trying to show link ads in certain forums . Here is the code that I've been trying but it doesn't seem to work:

<vb:if condition="in_array($forum['forumid'], array(1,2,3))">
Link Here
</vb:if> 

So im put code above in template ad_showthread_firstpost_sig and dont know why not work!

Im used same code for vb3 and there is worked fine but on vb4 is nightmare for me
