Remote upload from file hosts using the users own premium account would probably be a popular option. You'd probably need to limit it.

Video and picture previewing and File scans and other 'File Infomation' features are being developed today, dont mind the bad design Im just working on getting the infomation at the moment.

maybe a preview would be nice but the file will be splited into parts so this will need some work.

I don't know why you didn't make a table for the registration form it would look better I think.
