    Edit: How are you going to run support for your own hosting company when you can't import a db?

    I can, lol. Just it's an error at there end. Besides, I don't handle the support, my employees do. I handle billing and management.

    If it is a large database, PHPMyAdmin isn't designed to import database of a large size. Just one of the things that stands out to me when someone complains about not being able to import a database and it is the first question I ask if not I ask for the error. But looking at the error more clearly it's looks like it is a problem in the backend.
