in SSH
first kill your transmission
type

killall transmission-daemon

then type

nano ~/.config/transmission-daemon/settings.json

if you dont have nano installed type

yum install nano

then find entry for rpc-whitelist-enabled and change it to false or add your IP address rpc-whitelist YOURIP,127.0.0.1

then run transmission again

transmission-daemon
