got an email from paypal, fake?

Log in to paypal. If your account is limited, then it isn't fake.

Edit: as mentioned below, always use paypal.com to log in, not any kind of email-link.

alot of people are getting fake mails

It's a fake one, I almost fell for this one. But then again I logged in My paypal account and saw that it wasn't limited

PayPal guys always refer you by your name in email.
eg.
Hello Your Name guy, blah blah blah.
but If you have something like this:
Dear Client, or Respected Customer then it's probably fake.
