We only allow TorrentFlux, Sborg, and Rapidleech on our Netherlands Location. We don't offer unmetered bandwidth VPS servers howevery if your vps server does consume alot of bandwidth your vps server we'll not be suspended.

We don't recommend using Budget VPS for encoding howevery we wouldn't be able to tell you the speed of a video conversion including the FPS.

I have your WindowsSmall plan and I just noticed here that the advertised burst RAM is up to 1 GB. How is this implemented in Windows? I can only see a hard limit of 512 MB on my Windows VPS.

Burst RAM is not implemented into Windows at the time of us adding these plans to our website / in our thread our reseller provider which is TelVPS was advertising there services with Burst RAM, Burst RAM is mainly for Linux. Asfar as I can tell after doing heavy testing on there plans you really don't need burst RAM to go over the guaranteed memory provided to you.

As far as the uploading / download speed for uploading files, and downloading files from sites such as rapidshare, fileserve, filesonic, and etc we haven't did no testing for yet so we wouldn't be able to tell you.
