Customized wcddl v2 skin [MAC-STYLE]

Ive been doing several custom wcddl v2 skins and this is one of several threads to come. this skin is complete with submit, index and leftbar. its images and css with image mousover effects in the nav. can be fixed width or fluid per request. currently fixed width, which i think looks best with this skin.
