    Are you using dedi/shared/vps ?

    It seems to be telling you that you do not have your site set up under those IP addresses.

    If this is shared ask your host to verify that the dns ip you used at your registrar are set up on the server with those ns records for those IP.

    If it is a vps/dedi what panel are you using???

    Hi,

    Kloxo, sometimes is really tricky about the DNS.

    You need to create DNS templates, and then edit the ns1 and ns2 to point to the correct ip.

    Then you need to edit the domains.

    Well look into this: https://my.a2hosting.com/knowledgeba...barticleid=723

    thats what i did
    Let me begin
    at first after installing kloxo i went into kloxo as admin and changed my pass and then when to plans and created an unlimited 1 and then i went to dns templates and made 2 nameservers
    ie
    ns1.uploadvideos.tv
    and
    ns2.uploadvideos.tv
    and then i went into clients area and then created a domain uploadvideos.tv under the client upload now what to do ?>

    Hmm i see you didnt do the child nameservers.

    ON your DOMAIN REGISTRAR, edit the child nameservers and point them to your IPs

    Example.

    ns1.yourdomain.com -> your ip
    ns2.yourdomain.com -> your ip

    And then on the domain nameserver put this nameserver.

    And you will be good to go.

    What do you have under clients -> uploadvideos -> manage dns ??

    You should have the ns a records pointing to the ip and the ns1 & ns2 records defined.

    Also you should have named and httpd services running .

    A pic would be nice.
