Which Location's Server is Good for both RS and HF

Hello Guys,

I wanna know :

Which is a good place to buy a server that will give good connection speeds to rapidshare and hotfile.
USA is good for hotfile but not for RS.
Germany is good for rapidshare but shit for hotfile
and i am thinking FRANCE may be a good option for both RS and HF..

What u guys say?

I had a server in GR and rs speeds were great, but hotfile speeds never went passed 300KB/s
