Am looking for some people to join My Graphic Team, The Gfxs Group. I have a site which am working on right now http://gfxs.org.

What will you gain by joining The Gfxs Group?
.First of all, you will learn more and your skills will become better.
.You will form part of an official team and be a staff @ http://gfxs.org
.You will have the possibility to earn money with our official graphic services.
.We will work on logo, banner, template, website, forum icons,etc..designs..I Am already good with all this and if you join my team, you will share my work as well and make money in the same time.

What am i looking for?
.Someone with knowledge of photoshop.[Newbies are most welcome.]
.If you can code, it will be better but it doesnot matter.
