Ok , i am looking to buy a VPS for hosting a Private RapidLeech.
i may also host TF but not sure atm.

Config:
Server Location: I will be dling from RS,so w/e best for that.
Windows
100GB+ Space
Unmetered Bandwith
Budget - 30$
Other Configs , tell me what u can offer.

Host must be respected , been here for some time and have a good rep.
They should also provide a Test a/c if possible so that u can test the speeds on the RL.

Well depends on the pricing. Most probably not. Just need a good hi-speed RL, thats all.

But wonder why you want a Windows if you want Rapidleech. Not quite sure if installing RL on a Windows server is a piece of cake.
