    Default Netbook Help

    I have a HP netbook which im trying to install Windows XP on. I have tried to boot using an USB Thumb Drive without success. It seems like I'm gonna need to format the HDD in the HP Netbook. How can I format the drive using my thumb drive as i cannot access windows or install it?

    Boot from the usb stick.
    Boot to the bios and change the boot order to USB HD first.
