i have a question for last one month am checking my site to see what PR is all i do google page rank than my site name and i get is

No it won't go down but won't really improve your site. The other sites you link to will go up though.

Optimize your site for google by adding a Search Engine Optimization mod. Basically it changes your links form something like http://www.besthostingforums.com/showthread.php?t=7652 to something like
http://www.besthostingforums.com/page-rank-t=7652 and it also adds stuff like dynamic meta tags and dynamic descriptions all which help your site get more Google traffic and a better page rank.

I would suggest you to build your Website Traffic and maintain your Website Activity rather than focusing on PR.
PR doesn't matters for a Warez Site. What matters is the activity & popularity of your Site not just Link.
PR was considered as great for SEO but now no one really cares about it. You can spend 200-300$ to SEO Companys for Link Building Service, if you really want a Higher PR.
But still it never matters....
