perl modules help

Required Perl Modules
* IO::File
* IO::Select
* IO::Socket::INET
* File::Basename
* Getopt::Long
* Cwd
* XML::Simple
* XML::DOM

I need the following PERL modules, but having a hard time finding it :(

also, please tell me do I need to install these modules through webmin CPAN or through ssh?

ok, found the perl modules @ http://search.cpan.org

extracted, compiled and installed all of them except

File::Basename

http://search.cpan.org/~nwclark/perl-5.8.9/lib/File/Basename.pm

the file is a .tar.bz2, how do i extract that?

and XML::DOM

http://search.cpan.org/~tjmather/XML-DOM-1.44/lib/XML/DOM.pm

extracted, compiled and installed, but its still not showing in the module list..

any help?

nvr mind, those two were in the standard Perl distribution.
