My custom made Windows 7 AIO, it includes all versions of Windows 7 in both x86 and x64. All Windows updates get installed too

Anti-virus & Security

Eset Smart Security (whatever the latest version is at the time).
Spybot - Search & Destroy.
SpywareBlaster.

General Software

WinRAR.
7Zip.
CCleaner.
Firefox (including AdBlock Plus extension, Java, Flash etc).
Windows Live Messenger (unless specified otherwise).
Your Uninstaller.
Ashampoo Burning Studio.

That is pretty much it for the most part, there is other I do install but it just depends on what the person wants really.
