Accessing employers PC without they come to know.

Hello GuyZ!

Well I'm here to ask for help. I've a company and I have got many people working under me and I just want to access my employers computers without their concern I just want to monitor everything they are doing on their PC.

Is their any software which can make this work easy so that I can make a Admin PC and rest computers could be under the Admin PC and when so ever I like I can check the PC.

The highschool I graduated does this... I forgot what it's called, I'd have to ask a friend who's currently out of the country for 2 weeks but there's a free one I think called Desktop Spy.
