No need for that shadow.

Generally it's not that hard to install. What was the error. See if you followed the tutorial their maybe a requirement missing on your hosting or something preventing you installing it correctly. Or can you tell us who your hosted with? That might let us know of any potential issues too.

1.) Are you using free hosting? If so you probably dont have mysql access.
2.) Did you edit your config.php file correctly?
