windows license charge more?

Hi,

These do charge more at the moment (not for XP but XP is unstable) but we are working on it and we will soon have a much better/cheaper structure. We have the cheaper licenses but we have not made the new structure public yet. Just open a ticket for it and you'll get the cheap pricing. We are able to give free licenses on the bigger plans.

how many users can connect to one VDS just like RDP at one time ?

It is just like a Dedicated Server. By default, 2 can connect but you can setup Remote Desktop (terminal services) and more will be able to connect.


Note to all: You may see slower ticket response times (up to 6 hours) and orders might take longer to process but still under 24 hours once you've passed the fraud checks. We've got a huge amount of orders and pre-sales tickets in the last few days due to our new services. We will be back to normal 10 minute reply times and 2-3 hours setup timings on Monday.
