WarezLobby is worth a lot more then 400$. There is tons of people who want to skin alone and would pay a pretty penny for it. Then there is all the traffic and the site runs smoothly no spammers and good forum staff which includes me.

5* on katz and tons of views a day, could get tons more members if you limited viewing to guest forum again only.

Look at the offers he was getting, those were not high enough as you could easily make all your money back in a few months for that price and he would be simply losing money on it.
