I changed in this year one hoster, 2 shitty VPS and now finally I found the right one.
Excellent service, I understand this service better, cause if they would only make money from hosting and not taking care about customer, they would just sell for an higher price the cpanel, but NO they want to make a great service in another way and so they give to the users another cheap control panel for those which dont wanna give more money. This is maybe a good point from my side.

I've been spending MONTHS trying to get in contact with you regarding a Warez site which is posting our copyrighted content on your servers, which is clearly against your TOS.

How about you try contacting the owner of the site and ask for removal? or better yet report the links to the filehost?

Yes we've already contacted the offending site and also contacted the file hosters, but as soon as they're removed they reissue new links...

I think the website are treating it like a game, so KnownSRV need to get involved, esp since it's a WAREZ type site which shouldn't be on their server in the first place (don't they check the sites on their servers?).

I'm sure KnownSRV are great and perhaps it's just a communication problem, but after multiple emails and no replies or action taken - then we're a little disappointed to say the least.

KnownSRV does NOT store your files. You will have to sort that out with file hosts. We only check our IP ranges for malware / spam / ddos. We have zero tolerance on such things.
