I've been a customer since july and it was going ok until a month or two back when we had a lot of downtimes, server issues, and slow support. The host never goes on msn, takes around 5-10 hours to reply to tickets, AND last but not least, has very poor english. I have a hard time trying to communicate with them. They never respond to e-mails, and times when they respond to support issues, it's usually one, they never answer it fully, or two, they answer it but it has nothing to do with the Rating: 5

Ecatel won't release any data from their servers once the service has been terminated, or should I say it's EXTREMELY rare.
Judging by the response from their staff members that I read last week on WHT I'm pretty confident in saying that they wiped the drive/s the same day, they weren't happy.
It's a rare feat to have service terminated from such a low end host (Ecatel).

I sympathize with you Kevin, you may as well just forget any hopes of recovering any backups etc.
