New host (xfilesharing script), but already popular among Polish uploaders - maybe because the servers are located in Poland.
Pretty decent dl speeds for free users (around 200kb/s!).

I've not found any payment proof.

Actually only the site server is in Poland, the storage servers are located in Germany hosted with Leasweb (Netdirekt)

this is what all filehost does
even filesonic had nl servers but their main website is in hong kong
it is cheaper this way cuz servers and bandwidth dont cost a lot there
