any kind of file, legally distributed is accepted i do not find any reason to disallow porn creators to distribute their content to the public and even earn money from this...

i can't understand

i have 6 downloads and 6 referrals, but no sales.

and only premium can download my files

i don't get the reasons,i am getting downloads but no sales too.

yeah mine as well for the first time i have sale for download count only 40 + but now my download count got higher 100+ and soo hard to make sale .

I didn't give any answer as i have responded to the same questions many times. i will give you an example to make it easier:

Case 1: You have downloads but no money
imagine you are a dj and you have a website wehere you publish links of your last music collection.

also there is another dj, let's say Mike, with another website where other links are published.

Mike sends us a referral with username Bob.

When bob registers he will be mike's affiliate. As far as Bob gets premium account, Mike earns 60%.

Bob then finds your website and comes to filemates. You will not earn money as Mike is the first that sent us Bob.

This is for those that have downloads but no referrals. Donwloads DO NOT mean referrals. You can have downloads from existing premium users

Case 2: You have downloads/referrals but no money

In this case it is almost like the first one. Or a combination.
a) Your files are smaller than 500MB. You get downloads but no referrals. Nobody will pay for something that is free.

b) Your files are bigger than 500MB. You get downloads from referrals of Mike but your referrals have not bought premium yet so that you get money.
When your referrals buy premium you will see a yellow star beside the username. This indicates your referrals are premium.

If you have referrals with yellow stars (in other words premium) but you haven't earned money contact us to check out the reason that you haven't got the 60% of commission. 99.99% this is IMPOSSIBLE

Case 3: User wants to buy premium but sees the "Earn Money" thing. He realises that a part of his money will go to the uploader. Then decides to exit de site, re-enter without the refferal/file link, buys premium, then comes back to download the file.

Remove the "Earn Money" button from the view of unregistred users! Or rename it "Affiliates".

why no sales,

because there is Google that even if an amateur moron one can find optional mirror
of the file you uploaded in another host. To prevent this, rename your damn files
+ reupload your pics to another pic hosts. This will block search and find option and
force to download it from your url.
