Video Streaming on VPS or RDP?

I want to Stream HD video into sites like yycast or justin.tv The stream will be played on Windows RDP or VPS and using capture software like manycam or webcammax i will capture it (Screen Capture) and using Adobe FME stream into yycast or justin.tv or any other.. Is it possible through windows RDP or VPS without Lag . Thanks Rating: 5

it's best to buy your own dedicated server than shared RDP
i think most of RDP providers avoid that kind of usage on their server

Lemme know which stream source you're getting it from, chances are we can do that via linux as well
