forumflare.comHey bud, I appreciate what you're trying to do with your site, but.. I've got some concerns.
Your first mistake was using vBulletin 4, although it's the most up-to-date vBulletin script, it's not the most user-friendly nor the most intriguing, nor is it fully optimized.
Your background is 1.61 MB, which slows down the speed of the site, and it's a pretty simple background, too.
The main reason that you should come to vNulletin is that we are unlike other sites of our kind (e.g. ForumScriptz) who privatize themselves and limit access to their forums. We are open to everybody and we offer most of our available services 100% free!
Aren't you doing the same?
Your site looks like the original vBulletin, just with a few color changes.
Be unique, start out strong, with a custom skin, something.
The problem most people have with their sites is they want to release things before they're even finished.
Take your time, fix your forum up, it could have potential.Exel Reviewed by Exel on . Review: vNulletin.com http://vnulletin.com/images/logo.png About us? Well, what i meant was the ForumScriptz have completely privatised their forums, the only private forums on vNulletin are the subscriber's area (which is basically a premium feature that most sites have as a way of creating income to the site) and obviously the staff forums (for obvious reasons). As for the site's speed, it is pretty quick at the moment, we don't get any complaints about speed due to us being on a quick server.
Thank you for reviewing the site though, I take everything you have said on board!!

forumflare.comYou can't think just in the present when you want a site to grow, bud.
Eventually, little things like that will be noticed, but like I said it's up to you.
And by all means I'm not trying to say your site isn't good, I like it, it's a good idea and it has potential.
Maybe I'll stop by and post some tuts sometime.
