nooky.usYou can have the fastest RDP with the fewest users and/or the best location, but if the receiving end is overloaded then your speeds are limited.
I myself am on a France server (hostedges) and get very good speeds on rapidshare (always constant at 35-40MBs) but rapidgator can be fast like 90MBs one file but the next file 3MB only.
