Who cares if Pirate Bay moves to the cloud. Pirate Bay as every been take down yet just internet providers blocking it. Also I don't think it more raid proof the police just have to shut down both companies in the two countries to take them offline which could be a bit of a pain to do depending on what countries Pirate Bay as chosen to host the website in.
