    Since you are processing refund requests, can you kindly proccess mine as well?

    I have sent in a ticket in your support page but it doesn't give me a ticket number. I cannot track the activity.

    I have bought your premium account on 22nd Oct 2012 at 1:27pm (GMT+8) just hours before your server went offline. I wanted to download certain files hosted on your server. Unless you can get those files (that I wanted to download) back and reinstate my premium account, I request for a full refund of USD12.99.

    Thank you for seeing me here, with your post I hope many people will read it, and they will understand the problem we are solving priority. I think when they read your post, they will not ask again: Where's my money ... Because It's refunded

    If you get refound requests then pay them.The money isnt gone,your account isnt frozen..very simple,pay it.The whole situation is entirely your fault and you should be responsible for everything.
    Priority?Iam sure paying your affiliates isnt priority for you,but it is for us.
    Check your webmoney payment history and pay us!

    he can't pay us all full..cuz he's also making refund requests...and he's also setting up servers for us...
    please it is better sometime not to be CASH whores ...
    Ask him for a premium account he'll give it to you

    Its entirely his fault and not mine.
    All of my income related to those files and iam not talking about premium sales,i lost lot of money beacuse of his fault.And whats the compensation? one month free premium?Are you nuts?

    Not everybody asks for a refound,most user have no idea how to ask for a refound and most user doesnt give a f*** about 12-13$.

    They are in the business since several months and they made enough money to pay us,what we earned.
