It has unlimited bandwidth so it can't be from UK site.
Don't forget that OVH has big setup fees, almost 60 euros these days
So I think it's a good deal if you ask me..

Warez linking yes, hosting no. Porn is fine, underage porn is A Big No-No.
No spamming and no hacking (DDoS Attacks) and everything that will cause damage to this or other servers. Torrenting (p2p) is allowed.

99.9% Availability, if there is any downtime first point the finger at yourself because you probably made a mistake somewhere.
You can fix problems easily with Rescue Mode or simply reinstall/reboot the server whenever you want, free or charge.
