Why would you sell that site???

Good question. I'm not going to be around for a while, so I won't be able to run any sites. Plus, I really don't have the time right now to run it like it used to be. It's best for me to just sell everything while I can & still get some money for it. When I return I will start something new, I already have another project in semi-works.
