Resolving linkfire.org connection issue

I can never connect to linkfire.org but when i use a proxy i can connect anyone able to shead some light on this?

p.s im not banned / ip banned.

Trust me I know it , when I started warez I had a bunch of issues always having to switch host lol, it went grom gothosted to gavin to someone else to gavin again and then in the end I just switched to a dedicated server and never had any problems anymore...
