if you willing to take a challange for vbulletin i would really love it a queue sort of katz submitter, basically everythread can have an action/link/button that says submit thread to katz, but its dosent directly do that but instead sends the link to admin cp, where an administrator revises the links and puts the site info url,name,email, then sends links to katz.
