This is the problem with purchasing cheap shared hosting as most of these "Hosting Companies" are run by morons with no experience in server management and customer support.

They cannot even setup a simple reseller whm account. Nor can they do a simple restore from a backup. Their support is also very poor. One word. AVOID Rating: 5
