Firstly avoid making a warez forum/site with it you'll just look silly with that domain, you might want to avoid a blog aswell, try making a site with Joomla and have a few categories discussing the latest news in the scene / dealing with DMCA complaints and of course a DMCA.html page maker (ie a member enters there site URL and a script on your site generates a suitable DMCA.html page for there website).
