Yes roboform is a best alternative for saving passwords rather than saving them in browsers..I used it is nice..But for more safer side don't remembers any passwords frm next time in any browser and use some gud antivirus in your pc else u will get hacked again..

I was already using ESET NOD32 and all windows updates were on.
The file was a FUD (fully undetectable by antivirus and it will be for some weeks)
Therefore it wasn't detected by AV

No! Not every file.
But if it was a RAT then while your computer is on, he can access each and every file on your pc.
Even ddos on any site with your ip.
