And i agree with whoever said FSO should close or become just like RS ... Or else a lot of victims will fall just like masala ...

Not a noob at all Spider.. just tired of seeing all these Leechers (not uploaders,anyone here uploading is jsut a leecher from real sceners). making these types of threads.. Read the goddam TOS on these sites. Sure they advertise here and other sites. But they have a legal obligation to take down files and delete accounts after multiple complaints from DMCA

File hosting companies ONLY delete accounts that are directly reported by Copyright owners. So if you earns 20000$ a month from filesonic they wont care unless you are directly pointed out.

at the end My Suggestion is, open a poll and cast user voting, if most of the user's vote turn on your side then the mod or admin of this forum should warn to this filehost official thread admin to pay you or he will be banned and thread will be deleted permanently.
If majority of votes in NO, so we feel sorry for you.

Let me make one thing clear to you.
You yourself upload illegal stuff in XboxPirate.com and directlinkspot.com
You can also get warnings and all. The games and TV shows which are uploaded in your site are ILLEGAL. The owner can get pissed of you and your account can also be Terminated. Now, If You have like $300 Pending and your sales were very high (Means earning like $20 Daily) Then what would have you done? Would you have made the same reply then as you made in this Thread?

My RapidShare account which had 10TB of data was deleted due to copyright infringement, what did i do? Created a new account and moved on

Do you know what i do with my earnings? I BUY the games that i spread, i BUY the 60$ games which i upload. Why? I dont know, maybe its my conscious telling me what i am doing is wrong, maybe its something else.

I do not get a dime in my pocket, lol and i dont intend to get any.

Uploading is not a job for me, its a hobby, i love doing it.


If i'm not wrong, you might have accessed your filesonic account from your home connection. That means they have your IPs, i think it'll just take the authorities a couple of minutes to get your address and phone number that way?

My honest opinion: stop uploading for money and f*ck all those file hosts.

First they aim their advertising at those people uploading warez and then drop them because they upload warez.
