if i upload more than 1024mb i get an error "Fail Unable to locate files. Total post size probably too big.", but the web upload says "Maximum file size 5120 MB"

Try using FTP if you can't get it through web upload.

I did that. I sent a PM to Hish three times I think. Hope they lift my ban though I think it's not likely. But I am hoping for a favorable response from him.

but throught web upload the speed is amazing (20-80mb/s - check my youtube video) and throught ftp is only 400kb/s per file

Confirme, RU today have issue. Always pending for long time. Tried many times
